In Fundraising Everywhere's recent research, fundraisers with access to training opportunities were more likely to feel happier in their roles and have a higher sense of wellbeing.
And whilst FE are there to support with the training side of things, healthy and supported fundraisers also need a wider support network that looks after their progression, workload, safety, and inclusion.
That's what we're partnering with Claire Warner on her latest research to uncover the true state of wellbeing in our sector, and be there to support in any way we can to be part of the solution.
