What Data We Collect

As part of the research, we will collect:

1. Your email address.

2. Your responses to the survey questions.

 

How We Use Your Data

We use your data for the following purposes:

• Email Addresses:
  a) To send you updates and information about the research, including follow-up communications where necessary.
  b) To share your email address with the four sponsoring organisations to enable communication regarding this research and related topics.

• Survey Responses:
  Your survey responses will only be used to analyse and report the findings of this research. Your responses will not be shared with the sponsoring organisations or linked to your email address.

 

Data Sharing

Your email address will be shared  the four sponsoring organisations. However, your survey responses will not be shared with the sponsoring organisations or linked to your email address at any stage.

Anonymisation

Before any data analysis is conducted:

• All email addresses will be removed from the dataset to ensure that your survey responses remain completely anonymous.

• Anonymised data will be included in the final research report and used in presentations or publications.

 

Lawful Basis for Processing

We collect and process your data based on your consent, as provided when you agree to participate in the research. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting claire@claire-warner.com

How We Protect Your Data

We take the security of your data seriously. Measures include:

• Encryption of data in transit and at rest.

How Long We Keep Your Data

• Email Addresses: Retained only for the duration of the research project and deleted 12 months after the research is complete unless you give us permission to contact you.

• Survey Responses: Anonymised data will be retained indefinitely for research and reporting purposes, as it will no longer be linked to any identifiable information.
