As soon as Claire asked us to get involved with Charity Well, we knew it had to be a ‘YES’. As recruiters in the charity sector, we listen to stories about wellbeing everyday. Alongside flexibility, it’s arguably the greatest driver for candidates changing jobs and therefore also a serious concern for our charity partners.
We hear about increasing demands on services and the urgent need to diversify income, as well as uncertainty about where the flexibility dial will eventually land. Right now, we believe the biggest threat to the charity sector is burnout.
